Why did I lose Activity Points?
Activity points are kept for 14 days. This keeps the activity levels based on recent activity, so new members can join and start competing with older members. You can view your points broken down by day here.

I can't access my Private Messages
Please check that cookies are enabled for www.startxchange.com AND forum.startxchange.com Then try logging out of the main members area, and logging back in. If this doesn't work, try going to this page and clicking "reset my account".

I upgraded, where is my free TEtooblox upgrade?
Enter your TEtoolbox username in the main members page (where you edit your name, email, and password). Within 24 hours it will be automatically upgraded.

I subscribed to the newsletter, but the checkbox isn't checked!
The checkbox will be checked once you click the StartXchange Code link in the latest newsletter. You can find it here. You'll get 500 activity points for doing it each time too, but only on the latest post.. You have to wait for the next one to send out to do it again.
