Login to your members area, and view edit your account. On the bottom of that page you will see the forgot password form.
5. Are international members welcome here?
Yes, we welcome international members at StarReferrals.com. We do ask that you use a valid address when filling out the membership form.
Upgrade
1. How do I upgrade my account?
Go to Members Home - Upgrade Account.
StarReferrals offers 5 levels of Account Upgrades. By purchasing an account upgrade You will have from 2x-10x the chance to have your account be the referral of those members who have no referral. You will also receive a 5-10% discount off any item purchased through our Shopping Cart - this includes ALL advertising options. Upgrade packages start at only $2.50! A great choice for thos who plan to use StarReferrals.com for heir advertising needs.
Paid to Signup
1. Is my paid to signup automatically added after I pay for it?
Yes.
2. Do I get to approve the signups for my own campaign?
Yes.
3. What does the Site URL & Banner URL Look Like?
When purchasing signups or requesting signups via Stars, you will need to enter the following information: Link URL, Banner URL, and Name.
These are examples of what the links will look like:

4. Can I edit my Paid to Signup?
You may edit your Paid to Sign up by clicking on Approve SignUps in the Top Menu. Your Paid To Signups are displayed along with the option to click Edit. Here, you can change the Link URL, Banner URL, Offer Name, Category and Email Text Box option.
5. I don't want my PTS Ad posted anymore - what happens if I delete it?
You may delete your PTS ads at anytime and the remaining stars will be deposited back in to your account immediately so that you can use them for an ad that better suits your needs.
6. What types of PTS ads are accepted?
StarReferrals.com hosts PTS ads for free-to-join GPT sites, only. We will not host ads for anything other than free-to-join GPT sites. We will not host ads for other referral-based sites. We will not hosts ads for any sites containing adult material, profanity, hate-based content, etc. Ads not meeting these requirements will be deleted and are non-refundable.

1. How do I add a PTC advertisement?
Log in to StarReferrals.com and click on the Advertise Your Site link at the Members Page. PTC ads start at just $2.00!!
2. What types of PTC ads are accepted?
PTC ads are open to more than just the GPT sites. We invite people with WAHM businesses, Direct Sales businesses, and people with personal blogs and money-making forums to advertise in our PTC section. We happily support any site offering a LEGITIMATE money-making opportunity. We will not support ads for other referral-based websites, ads that comnatin adult content and/or hate-oriented content. We will not support ads for dating sites. Any ads not meeting these requirements will be pulled immediately and are non-refundable.
Buy Stars
1. How do I Buy Stars?
In order to buy stars, click on Members Home - Buy Stars. From here, members can purchase any of our Star Sign Up Packages to best fit their needs. Packages range from $2.50 to $25.00. Customized packages are available upon request. Members will select the number of stars they would like to offer per new signup and include their Referral Link , Banner Information, and a Brief Description of the Site.
Earn Stars
1. How do I Earn Stars?
Members can Earn Stars by going to Members Home. From here, members can choose to earn stars by signing up for new GPT sites or members can choose to earn stars by clickiing on the ads of other sites. The stars earned will then be spent on advertising by clicking "Spend Stars" at the Members Page. Members may not sign up for a program they are already a member of. Any type of fraudulent activity will not be tolerated at StarReferrals.com.
Spend Stars
1. How do I Spend Stars?
Members can spend stars by going to Members Home - Spend Stars to Get More Referrals. Here, members can spend the stars they have earned to promote any program they choose. Members can spend one or more stars to promote their programs. They can choose the star amount and number of signups along with information which will include Site URL (Referral Link), Banner URL and the Offer Name.
Feedback System
1. What is the Feedback System?
The StarReferrals Feedback System was introduced to allow users to know what member is offering the signup and what their feedback score is. Basically Feedback is a way to let other members know how prompt you are at approving signups, how reliable you are as a new referral, and how much you can be counted on in future transactions. The feedback system is based on Positive, Neutral and Negative Feedback. You are given a positive number for positive, no number for neutral and a negative number for negative feedback. Please only leave valid feedback for members. This is the only way the feeback will serve its purpose! Feedback left w/out merit will be edited by administration.
Approving Signups
1. How do I Approve Signups?
Click on Approve Signups in the Top Menu Bar. You can then view your signups and click on Approve. Members, be sure to check your downlines to confirm that a user has signed up at the site you are promoting, before you approve their signup. If you are requiring a member to complete an offer - you must give them at least 10 days to do so before denying ot deleting their signup. If they complete the offer before 10 days, please approve their request. If you fail to approve/delete/deny a signup after 10 days - administration reserves the right to "force" an approval.
2. When should I delete or deny a signup?
Deny: You should deny a signup for a member that is claiming to be in your downline, but is not. You should deny a signup that was required to complete an offer but has not after the 10 day grace period. Once a signup is denied - appropriate feedback should be left.
Delete: You should delete a signup for a transaction that was deemed incomplete by both you and the member. Deleting a transaction voids it from the StarReferrals.com system and leaving feedback is not an option.
3. How Come One of my Signups was Approved w/out My Knowledge?
Any pending signups left for more than 10 days will be forced as Approvals by admin. This is done because many times members sign up for a program and do any required offers to get approval - and are left waiting for a long time. This is no way to treat someone in your downline. If you create a PTS ad - you MUST approve/deny/delete w/in 10 days. If you do not - a forced approval will occur.
