ProgramRefs

How do I get started?
The following instructions will guide you briefly to the steps taken to get referrals for your programs. For any specific question, use the Filter/Search function or use the textlinks below to browse through the Manual.

Step 1. Compose a list of your programs at MyPrograms.
Step 2. Get RefCredits by either signing-up to a program, buying or refering new members to ProgramRefs.com.
Step 3. Click RequestReferral from the menu and select your program from the drop-down list. Indicate how many
RefCredits you would like to spend and click the 'Request Referral' button.
Step 4. Wait until you receive a message saying a user joined your program.
Step 5. Validate your referral's subscription.

That's it! Five simpel steps towards more referrals.

Group A

2. A user has claimed he/she has signed up to my program, but I cannot find this user in my downline.

I you have a request for credits and you cannot find the user in your downline, you may want to contact this person by Chat first. Get to know why the subscription was unsuccessful and if nessesary, get the user re-signed up by passing your ReferralURL again.

Please note that unsuccessful downline subscriptions can be due to a couple of reasons (invalid ReferralURL, server maintainance of the program, cookie overrides, session timeouts, etc). Therefore, do not title this user as an evil scammer unless his/her reviews written by other users are negative.

3. How do I validate a referral?
When you got a message saying someone joined your program, you can validate its subscription by clicking on RequestReferral from the menu. Then, locate your program in the list and click 'view more' to get information about the subcription of your referral. Log in at your progam and validate your referral's subscription according to this information he/she gave you. If succesfull, press 'Approve', and write a small review about this user. If you cannot track your referral on the program's website, wait a few more hours (the program may need to process your referral) or click 'Decline'.

4. How do I get referrals?
Go to RequestReferral, pick your program from the list and fill the details. If the drop-down list is empty, you have to add your programs first to the MyProgams list. Assign a number of RefCredits you want to spend. Obviously, the more credits you spend, the more attractive your request for a referral will be. By clicking on 'Request Referral' your request will be added to the list found at ProgramSignUp. Now just wait until someone joins your program. You will get a message to let you know, so you can validate your referral's subscription and process its request for credits.

Group B
1. Will I get punished when declining a referral?
No. At least not by ProgramRefs.com. It is suggested to contact the person by Chat first and find out why the subscription was unsuccessful. Note that IF you decline a request for credits, your number of declines will increase, which can be seen by other users in the Review section. To avoid scamming by referees, the user you have declined is asked to write you a negative review. Negative reviews result in a drop in your trustworthyness rating.

2. How do I buy RefCredits?
This part is yet to be written.

3. What kind of programs are supported by ProgramRefs.com?
You can get referrals for all the programs you need referrals for, including GPT, trafficexchange programs, etc. The only condition is that subscription to the progam has to be FREE.

4. Do I loose credits when declining a referral?
No. When you decline a request for credits your entry is marked as 'declined' and a new entry will be copied into the system without a charge. Thus, your request for a referral is available again.

5. Can I get banned for any reason?
No, you will not be banned. However, intentional scamming may result in negative reviews written other users, causing a reduced ability to gain referrals.

6. How can I increase my trustworthyness?
Ask your referees by chat to write you a positive review.

7. I refered new members to ProgramRefs.com. When do I get my RefCredits?
You will receive your RefCredits when your new member becomes active. A user is considered active if he/she either has subscribed to one or more programs using ProgramRefs.com OR upgraded its balance by buying RefCredits.

8. How do I change the description and/or instructions *after* I have posted my request for a referral?
Descriptions and/or instructions listed at ProgramSignUp are linked to your MyPrograms list. Thus, by changing these fields in MyPrograms, your description/instructions will be updated in ProgramSignUp as well.

9. How do I add my programs to MyProgams?
Click MyProgams from the menu, and fill in your ReferralURL. Indicate the type of program and its origin (select United States if you are unsure about this). Click 'add program' and your details are stored. This list helps to speed up filling in details at the RequestReferral page.

Group C
1. Can I write reviews in languages other than English?
No, reviews in languages other than English will be deleted.

2. How is the ProgramSignUp list been ordered (at step 2)?

- [Highest/Lowest RefCredits]
- [Highest/Lowest Trustworthyness]
- [Oldest/Newest Requests]
